Dear Friends,

On the 9th of May, I had the pleasure of meeting the Nuge at Borders Books and Music in Raleigh. My 11 year old daughter and 14 year old son spoke with Mr. Nugent briefly and he signed both his books and the Craveman CD for us. I managed to get three good pictures. After the book signing we headed to the Alltell Pavillion and sweated in the heat through Kenny Wayne Sheppard. Nuge came on just as the sun was beginning to set. The first chord of Paralyzed tore through our clothes and bodies and made us forget the sweltering heat. Ted traditionaly cursed Janet Reno, Sarah Brady, and added the Dixie Chicks to the list of people who can all "kiss my ass". We were impressed with the cat scratch fever, and Ted even suprised us with Wango Tango and Wang Dang Sweet Poontang. He also shot an arrow through Sadam Huseins' heart, if he has one. Well, I better wrap this up, I wish all of you could have been there. The kids haven't stopped talking about Ted and it has been two weeks. We will try to catch his show in Atlanta later next month. In Raleigh.....Ted is still alive...
